Sometimes We Need to Step Outside the Problem

When something hurts, it can feel enormous.

That's one of the incredible things about imagination.

A story can take kids outside of their own situation for a moment and let them see life's problems from a completely different perspective.

Through Wiener Dog's bedtime story, Ezra begins discovering that healthy relationships require kindness, respect, forgiveness, trust, boundaries, and knowing when someone isn't treating you the way a friend should.

Not every disagreement means a friendship should end.

Sometimes we need to forgive.

Sometimes we need to work things out.

Sometimes we need better boundaries.

And sometimes we need to find friends who encourage us to become the person we're meant to be.
