At Punny Puns Books and Games, we want you to have an exceptional customer experience and be happy with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or believe there was a mistake, please contact Customer Service at contact@punnypuns.com
All sales are final due to the following: 1.) We offer free shipping and it's too difficult to provide a refund when we already pay for shipping. 2.) Refunds are more or less a headache and it's hard growing a business when dealing with refund.
If we are ever in the wrong, we are fine refunding or re-sending a product.
We will work with customers on returns if there is an error or if we make a mistake on an order.
Important Return Notes and Exceptions:
Returned books and products, merchandise must be unused with the original packaging.
- Any item that has been used is NOT eligible for return.
- The original shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- Returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.

Defective and Damaged Items
If any of your items arrive damaged, you have one (1) month from the time of purchase to contact us at contact@punnypuns.com for assistance.
Please include a photo of the damage or defect.
Missing Items in Shipment
If you receive a package and there is a missing item, please contact us at contact@punnypuns.com to properly handle your claim.
